It was proposed and resolved that:

1. Year-end of the accounts of the Association is changed to 31 December
2. AGM will be held within 3 months of year-end date
3. Quorum of general meeting is changed to 20 members or one-third of total number of members, whichever is lower.
4. The proposal to change the number of proxy that could be held by each member for any general meeting will be considered in the next Annual General Meeting
