- To maintain, foster, promote and further friendship, unity, relationship, fellowship and better understanding among the past, present and future pupils and graduates of St. Louis School (hereinafter called the "Old Boyls");
- To maintain, foster, promote and further friendship, unity, relationship, fellowship and better understanding between the Old Boys of the one part and the Alma Mater of the other part;
- To promote religious, social, cultural, recreational, sporting and other activities for the general welfare of the members of the Association.
